Missing Home

Well, I guess it's official. Just experienced my first big wave of homesickness tonight. Trigger? Skyping the whole fam... I miss them so much! I've been dreading this moment every since I came. :'(  Now don't get me wrong, I still L.O.V.E. Granada, Spain and wouldn't trade this experience for the world. Just especially aware of the distance between España and good ole Estados Unidos today. So if you would, please say an extra prayer for me today... it would mean a lot! And PLEASE don't worry about me! I'll be fine, just had a l.o.n .g. chat with Jesus (and ate som ice cream!) and He's carrying me through. :) Just wanted to make sure all my friends & family from back home all know that I love & miss you all lots!

    I miss you too, but the time is flying! I can't believe it's almost 2 weeks since we left Espana! So many in church asked about my trip and I kept saying we had such a wonderful time and how GOOD it was to see yoU!! It was a special blessing to be able to fly across the ocean to visit (& HUG) you in Spain!

    Thanks all! Feeling much better this morning. :) Mercedes, bless her heart helped put me back together last night, dried my tears, and sent me to bed with a big hug! Praising God for such a sweet madre española! I'me convinced she's a spanish angel. :)

    Julie - i am praying for you my dear friend! you are so brave to study in Spain :) I mean, just GOING to my spanish class takes a lot for me (i dont think we share the same love for the spanish language unfortunetly) I Love you

    We saw your post last night before we went to bed and said an extra prayer for you. Glad you're feeling better today. We love you and miss you but are so excited you have this opportunity to study abroad. (We're also excited to be 'touring' Spain with you!! Thanks Travel Guide!!)
